I acknowledge that this application is for consideration to become an entertainer at the Waterfront Farmers Market and that submitting this application does not guarantee a booking. Participation is at the sole discretion of the Market Manager.

I understand that all details regarding potential engagements, including financial compensation, logistics (such as performance schedule, load-in/load-out procedures, and equipment provisions), any permissions for product sales, and policies regarding gratuities, will be discussed and mutually agreed upon directly with the Market Manager.

I grant the Waterfront Farmers Market permission to use my (our) name, business name, and likeness in any market publications or promotional materials, including but not limited to print, television, video, motion picture, and social media. I also grant permission to be photographed and/or recorded, voluntarily and without compensation, by the Waterfront Farmers Market, understanding that these recordings and images may be used for publication as described above.
